King County Washington Women Lawyers

2010 is going to be a great year for female attorneys in King County!

This year, the King County Chapter of Washington Women Lawyers has a full schedule of CLEs, professional development programs, and social and civic events designed to help female attorneys succeed in all aspects of their lives, both professionally and personally. The 2009-10 board is full of dynamic leaders from all practice areas and types. Just a few of the new initiatives planned for this year are the creation and implementation of the Criminal Law Section which will reach out to and support female attorneys who practice criminal law in King County and the first annual Member Meeting where we will seek input from the general membership about KCWWL's goals and programming followed by an opportunity to socialize and connect with one another. We also plan to host CLEs and brown bag lunches on topics ranging from discovery to voir dire to gender equality in the court room.

Whether you are looking for substantive CLEs taught by seasoned female attorneys, judges, and experts or a social network in which to connect and give back to the community, KCWWL has what you are looking for.

We look forward to meeting you!
